Down East Kennel & Supply, Inc. is located at 1017 North Church Street in Rocky Mount, NC. We have renovated an existing animal hospital, adding outside runs and upgrading the inside runs. We have a large, completely fenced in play area available (we can even take your dog on a nature hike to the river and never leave the kennel property!) Our cattery features two story cat condos with hanging toys and fixed water bowls, as well as individual litter pans to prevent any cross-contamination. Our feline friends also enjoy playing in our cat climbing tower as well as hiding in the kitty cubes and gazing outside while resting on the window perch in the cat room!

We are very proud of our state-of-the-art addition which was completed in October, 2001! It has heated floors, air conditioning, individual drains, indoor-outdoor access and even luxury suites! Our large indoor-outdoor kennels are approximately 4' wide and 14' long. They are partitioned on the inside and have heavy gauge fencing on the patio. The luxury suites are approximately 6' wide and 14' long. This includes 8' high walls inside, a 6'X8' patio, and they are tastefully decorated inside with all the comforts of home. This upgrade is sure to spoil even the most pampered pets in town! Your pet will also be comforted by soothing music which is played for them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

All of our kennels have moisture resistant matting available to help keep away moisture and keep your pets off the concrete as much as possible. All dogs are exercised in the morning and again in the afternoon in our spacious, fenced in yard. Swimming, nature hikes, and playground time are popular services we will provide upon request.
